Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Technical Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in hiring IT and technical professionals. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and HR within the IT industry.



Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles (developers, testers, engineers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance



Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and job portals
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong interest in HR and recruitment
Good attitude, discipline, and eagerness to grow



Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Internship or certification in HR / Recruitment
Exposure to LinkedIn sourcing or job portals
Engineering or technical education background
