Talent Acquisition Intern (6-Month Internship Full-Time Opportunity)

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office 5 Days a Week)

Stipend: 10,000 12,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

As we continue to scale, were looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to build a serious career in Recruitment and Hiring.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll work closely with the HR team and get hands-on exposure to real hiring.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and identify strong profiles
• Conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
• Support in posting jobs and employer branding

Must-Have Requirements

• MBA in HR (Mandatory) completed or final semester
• Clear interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiner
• Comfortable working from office in Baner, Pune (5 days/week)
