This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, located in Dwarka. As a Recruiting Intern, your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, screening and interviewing candidates, supporting onboarding and training initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. You will gain practical experience in recruitment operations while contributing to the growth of the organization.

• Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to effectively manage the recruitment process
• Training skills to support the development of onboarding and employee growth programs
• Strong Communication skills to interact with candidates and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage tasks independently
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
