Position Title: Intern

Service Line: Human Resources

Department: Talent Acquisition

Location: Mumbai - Dadar/Lower Parel

Availability: Immediate Joiner

Qualification: Graduated with a bachelor's degree

Internship Duration: 6 months (Full-time) - Laptop will be provided.

Stipend: 5K per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Maintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to recruiters.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and talent trends relevant to professional services.
• Perform additional sourcing-related tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Recently completed graduation; MBA students can also apply.
• Interest in HR Talent Acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.
• Available to work from the Mumbai office in Dadar/Lower Parel.
