What would you do? Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition Job description Should have relevant recuitment backoffice experience. Earlier experience is Scheduling intervies will be an added advantage Need to ensure daily targets are met by the team Allocation of work should be precise Escalates issues matters to Supervisor immediately when caught Should update LWIs, all OPEX documents regularly. Suggest and Implement process improvement ideas. Mentor and train team members. Ensure proper resource utilizations. Maintain good rapport with the onshore and client. Quality audits need to be done for the team so that the team meets its quality targets as per SLA Regular feedback needs to be given to the team regarding quality improvements. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Experienced (E) - Moderate exposure to this skill and related work experiences. - Can assist other team members with questions and problems related to this skill - Applies skill (at basic level to work situations, with some guidance. Skilled(S) - Extensive exposure to this skill and related work experiences. - Applies skill (at advanced level) to work situations with medium complexity, with little or no guidance. - May train and/or direct the work of others in application of skill. Expert(X) - Regarded as a center wide resource on this skill. - Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings settings. - Trains and/or directs work of other in complex facts, methods, and techniques related to the skill.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Manages own time effectively to complete required tasks - Prioritizes competing tasks to complete work in a timely and effective manner - Escalates issues to supervisor as appropriate - Liases with on-shore team to manage team s workload and client expectations, escalating issues as appropriate - Interacts with the wider client and service line team to ensure improvements are introduced - Considers and recommends steps to improve existing business processes - Coaches and trains team members on a regular basis to improve performanceAny Graduation
