Role Description

This is an full time job role for a Recruiter based on-site in Vadodara. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines, and maintain relationships with potential candidates. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting various HR initiatives and activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and data management skills to track recruitment processes efficiently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to navigate recruitment discussions.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems, and innovative hiring platforms is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
