Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Senior Role Hiring : Identify and attract top-tier candidates for senior sales positions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and culture.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide regular updates.
- Candidate Experience : Build a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and talent landscapes to identify sourcing strategies and benchmark compensation.
- Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Experience : 2-5 years of experience in non tech recruiting, with exposure to hiring senior-level roles.
- Expertise : Strong understanding of engineering segments, motions, and methodologies.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive Mindset : A go-getter attitude with a knack for identifying exceptional talent.
- Tools : Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
