Recruiter

We are seeking a US Staffing Recruiter (Entry-Level to Mid-Level) to join our growing recruitment team. This role is perfect for recruiters eager to build or strengthen their experience in US non-IT staffing, particularly in the Manufacturing, Engineering, or Automotive domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based roles

- Work across the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to placement

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Use job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels effectively

- Stay updated with hiring trends and market conditions

Requirements:

- Entry-level to mid-level experience in US Staffing or recruitment

- Any industry experience is acceptable (Manufacturing, Engineering, or Automotive preferred)

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Willingness to work onsite in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
