Overview :


We are looking for a results-driven recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the marketing domain, to join our team and drive our hiring efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand hiring needs in alignment with business objectives and ensure a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
  • Create customized job descriptions tailored to each position, ensuring clarity and role alignment.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and talent strategies to fill roles within a two-week timeframe.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline while staying attuned to evolving business needs.
  • Champion college placements by building strong relationships with universities and attracting top emerging talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint to enhance employer brand perception.
  • Strive for a drop-off rate of less than 5% by implementing engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making in people management.
  • Ensure an exceptional employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Continuously improve the quality of hires by refining assessment processes and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Proven track record of closing positions within tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
  • Experience in campus hiring and relationship-building with educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment dashboards to guide hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like Hiro(Keka).
