Role - HR Recruiter Hospitality (Hotel Hiring Experience Mandatory)

Location: Aligarh

Experience Required: Minimum 23 Years

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter from a Hospitality background with proven experience in hotel-level hiring. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for various hotel departments and a strong understanding of hotel operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, and hospitality networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Schedule interviews and follow up until position closure
  • Maintain recruitment database and prepare hiring reports
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions


Mandatory Requirements:


  • Minimum 23 years of experience in hospitality recruitment
  • Prior experience in hotel-level hiring is compulsory
  • Strong understanding of hotel roles and hierarchy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle bulk and mid-level hiring


Preferred Qualification:


  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
