About the Role

The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top IT talent while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top IT talent through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience while promoting the companys employer brand.
• Facilitate offer discussions and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in US IT staffing and recruitment best practices.
• Work night shifts in alignment with US business hours.
