Role Overview

As a Junior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on sourcing. Youll play an important role in building talent pipelines and ensuring smooth hiring processes for Pharma roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative channels

Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for Pharma domain positions

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines

Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in recruitment systems

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and networks

Prior exposure to Pharma domain hiring preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
