Recruiter- US Staffing

Role Overview:

As a Recruiter in US Staffing, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across cloud, data, and enterprise domains. Youll partner closely with account managers and delivery teams to source, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for US-based clients. This role demands strong sourcing acumen, deep understanding of US work authorizations, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (W2/C2C/1099) across multiple domains.
• Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct resume screening, technical interviews, and fitment assessments.
• Negotiate compensation and close offers with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure timely updates on candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to meet client SLAs.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, market trends, and client expectations.

Required Skills:

• 14 years of experience in US IT staffing with a proven track record of closures.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with VMS portals and client submission protocols.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
