Position: US IT Recruiter

Location - Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift - 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM IST (PST Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US Direct Clients (W2 & Corp-to-Corp).
• Work on multiple IT requirements across various technologies.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, and professional networking platforms.
• Ensure a strong conversion ratio from submittals to interviews and placements.
• Meet and exceed individual and team hiring targets.
• Maintain and adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in daily team interactions and review meetings with business unit heads.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Prior experience or good familiarity with the US staffing / recruitment industry.
