Role Details

• Position: Recruiter US Staffing
• Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree (Freshers welcome)
• Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Walking distance from station)
• Shift Timings: 8 PM 5 AM IST (US Time Zone)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for US-based clients.
• Conducting telephonic interviews and Pre-screening assessments.
• Maintaining recruitment databases and job postings on portals.
• Coordinating interview schedules and offer processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR & Recruitment domain.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
