Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Recruiter based in Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, networking to find talent, and staying updated on the latest hiring trends and best practices.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition trends
• Ability to develop relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
