We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR discussions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

HR Operations

• Handle onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
  

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and candidate databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage
