• Someone who has done Leadership hiring experience for Sales IT Hiring Requirements
• Someone who understands how recruitment lifecycle works and who can bring right talent for the company according to business needs
• Having the ability to attract Passive job seekers
• Well-versed with all levels of Boolean keywords, Searches and Strategies to convert passive talent to active one
• Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
• Innovative in creating various sourcing channels that caters to top talent and to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Self-driven and passionate about recruitment trends and practices
