About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Ay Recruiter with experience in a staffing or service-based environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions, fast turnaround timelines, and high-volume hiring while maintaining quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for client requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround time for client submissions.
- Track recruitment activities using ATS or recruitment tools.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience working in a staffing / recruitment agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT or technical hiring (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
Preferred
- Experience with volume hiring or multiple client accounts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
