About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Ay Recruiter with experience in a staffing or service-based environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions, fast turnaround timelines, and high-volume hiring while maintaining quality submissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for client requirements.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround time for client submissions.
  • Track recruitment activities using ATS or recruitment tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

  • Experience working in a staffing / recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT or technical hiring (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.

Preferred

  • Experience with volume hiring or multiple client accounts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
