About the Role

We are looking for a hands-onRecruiter / Talent Acquisition Executivewho can independently manage the full recruitment cycle fornon-IT roles. The person should be strong insourcing,screening,candidate coordination,interview scheduling, andassessment-driven shortlisting, with a sharp eye forperson-job fitandculture fit.


Key Responsibilities

Source CVs usingonline job portals(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.),databases,WhatsApp groups, andoffline consultants/placement partners

Build and maintain a strong pipeline throughvendor/consultant managementandlocal offline sourcing networks

Screen resumes forrole fit, stability, compensation alignment, location readiness, notice period, etc.

Conducttelephonic screening / first-round callsusing structured questions

Coordinate candidate communication end-to-end:interview slots, reminders, follow-ups, feedback loop

Line up interviews with internal stakeholders and ensurehigh show-up ratio

Conduct/coordinateonline interviewsand support hiring managers with structured evaluation

Create and administeronline short testsfor:

ocapability assessment

oskills assessment

oaptitude/logical reasoning (if needed)

obasic domain knowledge checks

opersonality/behavioural traits (structured)

Ensure proper evaluation ofpersonality traits, attitude, learning agility, communication, ownership, and discipline

Hire across multiple functions:Sales, Accounts, Marketing, Admin, Tendering, Operations, Procurement, MIS/Back-office

Maintain recruitment trackers (Google Sheets/Excel):pipeline, stage-wise status, TAT, source-wise performance

Handle offer discussions within approved ranges and managejoining + documentation coordination

Improve hiring process continuously: templates, scripts, scorecards, sourcing hacks, faster closures


Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience inNon-IT recruitment

Strong hands-on experience inend-to-end recruitment(sourcing joining)

Practical exposure tojob portals + LinkedIn sourcing + offline consultants

Good communication inHindi + English(candidate handling is key)

Strong understanding offunctional roles & skill requirements(sales/accounts/admin/ops/tendering/procurement)

Ability to judgeculture fit + attitude + personality traits(beyond just resume keywords)

Comfortable withtelephonic rounds, online interviews, and assessment-based shortlisting

Organised and process-driven: trackers, follow-ups, closures, documentation


Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience hiring forEPC / Electrical / Renewable / Infra / Manufacturing / Trading MSMEs

Ability to create role-wisequestion banks + screening scripts + scorecards

Experience in hiring fortendering/procurement/MIS/back-office operations

Local network ofplacement consultants/institutes/referrals
