About the Role

We are a growing AI companylooking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

Write engaging job descriptions and post across relevant channels.

Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fit and cultural alignment.

Conduct structured and behavioral interviews using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Maintain accurate records in the ATS to track candidate progress and streamline hiring

Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate).

Support employer branding efforts through social hiring and content.

Ensure a great candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong interviewing skills, with a structured and behavioral approach.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leadership.

Negotiation & persuasion skills for handling offers, conflicts, and workplace discussions.

Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Asana.

Empathy & emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience with a focus on recruitment (in-house or agency)

Remuneration : Rs.35,000-45,000/- per month
