Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions and distribution sales roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
Track and manage key recruitment KPIs such as Time to Offer, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Hiring Sources.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

68 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in hiring for corporate functions and distribution sales roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
