Job Description
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 1012 LPA
Payroll: SUMS
Reporting To: TA Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions and distribution sales roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Track and manage key recruitment KPIs such as Time to Offer, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Hiring Sources.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 68 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in hiring for corporate functions and distribution sales roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
