Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing
needs.
2. Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job
boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, create job descriptions, and
develop selection criteria for various positions.
4. Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, including job fairs, career events, and employer
branding initiatives.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer extension and
onboarding.
6. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with potential
candidates and staying updated on industry trends.
7. Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications to
ensure candidate suitability.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee onboarding programs, ensuring
a smooth transition for new hires.
9. Analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to optimize
the talent acquisition process.
10. Stay updated on regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws and guidelines
during the recruitment process.
