About the Role InstaHelp

The Assistant Trainer Partner Screening (InstaHelp) will be responsible for first-level screening and quality evaluation of service partners before they move to the next stage of onboarding. This role focuses purely on screening, assessment, and quality checks to ensure only the right partners move forward.

This is an office-based role and works closely with Trainers, Category teams, and Supply Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct first-level screening of service partners via calls/video/in-person (office).

Assess partners on eligibility, behaviour, communication, and service readiness.

Ensure 75% and 70%+ conversion rate from screening to the next onboarding stage.

Evaluate partners as per Urban Company quality standards and SOPs.

Support Training manager by sharing screening insights and quality feedback.

Maintain daily screening trackers and MIS.

Act as the first quality checkpoint in the partner funnel.

Flag quality risks and improvement areas to the Trainer / Category team.

Requirements:

2.5 to 15 years of experience in partner screening, operations, customer handling,

training support, or similar roles.

Experience in high-volume screening / assessment environments preferred.

Well-behaved, soft-spoken, and professional in communication.

Comfortable with screening in regional languages.

Strong listening, evaluation, and judgement skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
