Job Title: HR Recruiter Engineering, Technical, Non-Technical Roles

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Location: Pune

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical and non- technical roles across multiple industries, supporting client and project-based hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non IT roles
• Understand project lifecycle hiring
• Work closely with project heads, engineering managers & leadership to understand manpower planning
• Source candidates through: Job portals, LinkedIn and professional networks, Employee referrals, Field sourcing, where required
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlisting
• Coordinate with hiring managers / clients to understand technical requirements
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Negotiate compensation and close offers
• Coordinate offer issuance, documentation, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in engineering / technical / NBFC
• Exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and field roles
• Organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Experience in recruitment agency / consulting environment is an advantage
