Job Description: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

Salary: 25,000 30,000 (Fixed)

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in onboarding and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Work on multiple IT roles across different technologies and experience levels.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and employee coordination.
• Handle exit formalities such as resignations, full & final settlements, and clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in IT Recruitment .
• Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring practices.
• Experience in onboarding and exit formalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools.
