Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for a variety of roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also collaborate with teams to develop innovative hiring strategies and support talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on company requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
• Understanding of the FMCG or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting hiring targets
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
