Key Responsibilities :

Manageend-to-end recruitment and hiring process

Sourceand attract candidatesthrough job portals, social media, referrals, and networks

Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection

Maintainrecruitment data,reports, &candidate records

Support HR and administrative operations

Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements :

3+ years of working experienceas an Recruiter

Stronghands-on expertise in recruitment & hiring process

Knowledge ofHR tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms
