Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Interviewing, and Sourcing skills
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently

Conduct initial HR rounds and coordinate interviews

Ensure strict adherence to recruitment SOPs

Manage offer rollout and joining coordination

Handle documentation and onboarding processes

Maintain hiring trackers and follow-ups

Communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams
