Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for non-IT positions.

Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and keep job postings up to date.

Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly report progress to the team lead/manager.

Required Skills s Qualifications:

13 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.

Proven experience hiring for roles like Product Managers, Pre-Sales, Growth roles, Account Management, Enterprise sales, M&A, Corp comm, EA, Risk & Governance, Internal Audit, Strategy.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.

Experience working in a staffing/recruitment agency is a plus.

Locations Work Details:

Office Location: Berger Delhi One, Sector 16B, Noida (walking distance from Metro Station)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
