Recruiter (Non-IT) & Bench Sales – US Staffing

Were hiring Non-IT Recruiters (Life Sciences) and Bench Sales Recruiters who are confident with job portals, Boolean sourcing, vendor handling, and full-cycle recruitment. If youre proactive, good at follow-ups, and enjoy closing roles, we want you on our team.

What youll do:

• Work on Life Sciences / Non-IT roles
• Source candidates using job portals, Boolean strings, LinkedIn
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and submit profiles
• Regular follow-ups with candidates, vendors, and clients
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Maintain trackers, ATS, and daily reports
• Handle bench profiles and daily submissions (Bench Sales role)

Skills were looking for:

• Strong Boolean search & sourcing skills
• Good knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
• Vendor management & client communication
• Screening & interview coordination
• Negotiation & closure skills
• Time management and multitasking
• Good email writing and documentation
