As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for aproactive and driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.


Role: Non-IT Recruiter

This is anend-to-end recruitment role , focused on hiring across diverse business functions operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and more. Youll own the full hiring cycle, manage multiple mandates, and deliver high-quality talent with speed and precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manageend-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordination, selection, offer closure, and onboarding support.
  • Source candidates throughNaukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media networks.
  • Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
  • Handlesalary negotiations and post-offer follow-ups to ensure successful joining.
  • Build and maintain astrong candidate pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
  • Maintaindaily/weekly hiring reports and consistently meet defined recruitment targets.
  • Deliver an excellentcandidate and client experience throughout the process.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 24 years of proven experience as aNon-IT Recruiter .
  • Expertise inlateral and bulk hiring across non-technical domains.
  • Strong knowledge ofjob portals, Boolean search, market mapping, and headhunting .
  • Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handlemultiple open positions under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity withATS or recruitment CRMs will be an added advantage.


Preferred Background

  • Experience recruiting inBFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, Logistics, or related sectors.
  • Bachelors degree inHR, Business Administration, or related field.
