We are seeking a highly motivatedand results-driven Healthcare Payers Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by sellingsolutions and services to healthcare insurance companies (payers). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payer sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling with a proven ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers within insurance carriers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and third-party administrators (TPAs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles (Team Leads, Regional Heads, Sales Managers, AVP/VP level).
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business hiring needs.
- Develop talent mapping and competitor analysis strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline.
2. Sales Hiring
- Handle bulk and niche hiring for sales roles (B2B, B2C, Field Sales, Inside Sales).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, culture fit, and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
3. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
- Provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
4. Data & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and internal hiring trackers.
- Provide weekly/monthly hiring reports to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership and sales hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management and salary negotiations.
- Good understanding of sales KPIs and leadership competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or high-growth startup environments.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience hiring for multiple locations or large-scale sales teams.
