Job Title: Recruiter Domestic

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 13 Years

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles as assigned
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic recruitment
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work from office at Hyderabad location
• Immediate to short notice preferred
