Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a Life Sciences Recruiter with hands-on experience hiring for pharma, biotech, CRO, and healthcare services organizations. The ideal candidate understands life sciences functions and can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for niche, domain-specific roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for life sciences roles across multiple functions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand domain-specific requirements
- Source and screen candidates for roles in:
- Regulatory Affairs & CMC
- Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety
- Clinical Research & Operations
- Medical & Clinical Writing
- Market Access, HEOR & RWE
- Life Sciences Technology roles (Veeva Vault, CSV, Clinical Systems)
- Build and maintain a strong domain talent pipeline
- Conduct initial screening and technical alignment discussions
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and offer closure
- Track hiring metrics including TAT, pipeline health, and closures
- Stay updated on life sciences hiring trends and skill demand
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of recruitment experience specifically within Life Sciences / Pharma / CRO hiring
- Strong understanding of life sciences functions and terminology
- Experience hiring niche and specialized roles, not just volume hiring
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously with quick turnaround
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
