Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Understand hiring requirements in detail and align with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
- Maintain recruitment MIS and share regular hiring reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
- Good understanding of hiring for digital marketing (Agency exp will be preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
