We are looking for a Recruiter to manage IT and Non-IT hiring and support the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while working closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and database search

Perform cold calling and headhunting to identify suitable candidates

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment

Strong sourcing skills including cold calling, networking, and headhunting

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Good understanding of resume screening and candidate evaluation

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Strong coordination and organizational skills
