About the Internship

Schbang is looking for a Recruiter Intern who wants to build a career in HR & Talent Acquisition. This is a core, hands-on recruitment role involving end-to-end hiring for creative, design, media, SEO, and other digital marketing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Sourcing & headhunting candidates across creative, media & digital roles
• Screening, coordinating interviews & stakeholder management
• Building strong talent pipelines
• Supporting hiring strategy & employer branding initiatives

• Ability to work onsite from our Lower Parel, Mumbai office
