Your day-to-day activities will broadly include:

• Discussing the hiring requirements with different teams
• Sourcing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with different business units
• Creating a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
• Continuously coming up with new ideas for recruitment and implementing them

• who has 3-6 years of prior experience in recruitment
