Job Description

Role Summary

As a Recruiter Intern , youll support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for both technical and non-technical roles critical to YMinds.AIs growth. This role provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and helps you build strong HR fundamentals in a dynamic AI/tech environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, community boards, and social channels .
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates across technical (AI, software dev) and business functions.

Screening & Assessment

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule candidates for further rounds and track progress in the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination

  • Organize interview schedules between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send interview briefs, interviewer feedback forms, and candidate communications.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment dashboards/spreadsheets.
  • Help draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms with the HR team.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide timely updates and ensure positive candidate engagement throughout the process.
  • Answer basic queries from applicants regarding roles, process, and expectations.

Employer Branding Assistance

  • Support recruitment branding on social media (sharing job posts, company culture content).
  • Help with talent outreach campaigns that enhance visibility in target communities.


What Youll Learn

  • End-to-end recruitment process in a tech/AI environment.
  • Use of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS basics).
  • Interview coordination and candidate engagement best practices.
  • Metrics and reporting for talent acquisition success.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications , or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup setting .
  • Comfortable with basic tools like Excel/Sheets, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience or interest in recruitment, HR operations, or people-facing roles is a plus.
