Position: Recruiter Intern

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship (Mandatory)

Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring for creative, digital, and advertising roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding and hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and the advertising/digital industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability for a 6-month internship.
