Job Description
Position: Recruiter Intern
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship (Mandatory)
Joining: Immediate
About the Role:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring for creative, digital, and advertising roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in employer branding and hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and the advertising/digital industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability for a 6-month internship.
