About the Role
The Trainee Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions within our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to recruitment.
Shift- NIGHT SHIFT
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels for US.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Graduated in B.Tech/ B.E (Bachelor of Technology/ Bachelor of Engineering) | 2024/ 2025 Batch pass out.
Must Have-
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
