Job Description
Role: HR Recruiter
Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Ashar IT Park, Thane (Wagle Estate)
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment across various roles and levels
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with stakeholders
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Supporting employer branding and hiring initiatives
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Passion for hiring and building strong teams
