Job Title: Recruiter (Fresher / Entry-Level)
About the Role
Were looking for a motivated Recruiter (Fresher) to support end-to-end hiring and help build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are punctual, result-driven, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the ATS
What Were Looking For
- Punctual, accountable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a solutions-first approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing is a plus
