Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings:

1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST

2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (during Daylight Saving)

In this role, youll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, engaging, and delivering top-tier talent across a range of specialist markets. Youll work closely with our UK-based Business Development and Account Management teams, giving you access to live roles, strong client relationships, and ongoing support.

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking experienced recruitment professionals who bring energy, ownership, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (technical, financial, or non-healthcare preferred)
• Experience working in the UK/EU market, or prior exposure to it
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A positive mindset with a strong drive to succeed
• High levels of dedication, focus, and willingness to learn
• Strong time-management skills with a commitment to ethical recruitment and quality delivery

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess suitability and motivation
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
• Work closely with the UK team to deliver top-tier talent for live roles
