About the Role - This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting talented individuals to meet organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, conducting interviews, coordinating training initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications -

• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and attracting top talent
• Strong Interviewing and assessment expertise to identify suitable candidates
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
