JOB TITLE : Recruiter RPO / Third-Party Hiring (Agency Background Mandatory)

LOCATION : Dwarka Sector 22, New Delhi (100% In-Office)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Minimum 1 year in Recruitment Agency / RPO / Staffing Firm
(Note: In-house HR, Freshers, or Training-dependent profiles will NOT be considered)
SALARY : 18,000 30,000 Fixed (Based on proven RPO experience)
WORKING DAYS : Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
WEEKLY OFF : Sunday (Fixed)
SHIFT : Day Shift

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter, based in Dwarka with flexibility for remote work. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring an exemplary candidate experience. In addition, the Recruiter will maintain relationships with stakeholders, support talent acquisition strategies, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Recruitment (RPO / Agency Model)
Understand client JDs, role expectations, SLA and hiring urgency
Source candidates independently using job portals and databases
Post jobs on paid and free portals
Conduct structured telephonic screening
Evaluate candidates on experience relevance, salary fit, notice period, location, and communication
Schedule interviews and ensure candidate attendance
Coordinate directly with client HR teams
Handle offer follow-ups, negotiations, and joining confirmations
Maintain daily trackers, MIS updates, and hiring reports
Candidate Sourcing & Database Management
Strong Boolean and multi-channel sourcing capability
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
Manage Google Sheets / Drive with clean and updated data
Track daily progress from sourcing to joining
Client & SLA Management
Work on multiple live client requirements
Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality submissions
Share shortlisted profiles with screening notes
Provide daily and weekly hiring status updates
Government / Tender-Based Hiring (Preferred)
Experience in bulk or tender-based hiring is an advantage
Understanding of documentation and compliance preferred
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Prior experience in Recruitment Agency / RPO / Consultancy
Hands-on sourcing, calling, screening, and coordination experience
Ability to work independently without training
Comfortable with target-driven hiring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience coordinating with external clients
