Job Profile: Junior Recruiter / Recruiter

Requirement: Freshers or up to 2 years experience in US recruitment

Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Aligarh UP (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.

Source and contact candidates for the open roles.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Manage a portfolio of candidates and maintain good relationships with them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree required in any field.

Prior experience as a US recruiter is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
