Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment under NAPS/NATS/WILP/Staffing services.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and local networks
Coordinate interviews, onboarding formalities, and documentation
Maintain candidate databases, daily trackers, and MIS reports
Liaise with HR teams and clients to meet manpower requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data handling
Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, when required
