Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for preferably Non-IT & IT positions (from sourcing to onboarding).
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in SaaS/CPaaS domains.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role t.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and role expectations.
Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing techniques for talent acquisition.
Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Proven ability to close positions within dened timelines
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve eciency and outcomes.

Requirements

25 years of proven experience in Non-IT & IT hiring within the SaaS, CPaaS, or IT services sector.
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and other non-IT roles
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related eld.
